“Bearing in mind are original booking was not with tmd motorhomes . They stepped in taking on are booking when the original company could not with out us knowing and I thank them for that , they are very nice people to deal with very helpful and nothing seamed to much trouble .

The motorhome was superb, the one we had was nearly new and very clean and tidy and we were shown how it all worked and we had a fantastic weekend away in it

 On return they carried out a check of the motorhome and were happy with how it was returned and the safety deposit was returned in the afternoon of the same day which we were very impressed and thank them for that

 All in all very impressed with tmd and will be using them again and would recommend to any body wanting to hire a motorhome

Thank you for the service you provided with the rental of our motorhome for our trip to Scotland.

When I was booking there were initially cheaper options available and by the time I needed to book these had been taken. I think the lowest I saw was £150 per night for accommodation for 4, however this came with a 200 mile/day limit and there would probably have been add-ons for excess, gas etc.
Your charge of £200 per night was the most, however it was nice to know that was the entirety of the bill and included consumables.

The vehicle was extremely clean and very thoughtfully kitted out with all that was needed for cooking etc. One thing I hadn’t been aware of was a potential need to park level for the fridge to operate on gas and not be damaged, which caused some anxiety one night.

The only thing I’d have otherwise liked would have been to be able to return it later in the day as this effectively reduced our time in it by one night. Otherwise it felt like a generous rental on your behalf and I felt very responsible for looking after a very nice and capable piece of equipment!

Another excellent experience hiring the motor home. We visited North Yorkshire and stayed in 3 campsites. Van didn’t miss a beat . The location of midland motor homes is great just off the M42. So travelling up from Bristol to pick the vehicle up is ideal. Ursula made sure we were happy with everything before we set off. She also took the time to ask us how the holiday when we returned.

We hired an Autotrail 720 motorhome from TMD at the end of April to travel up to Scotland to see friends with our small dog. Having never used one before, we had a very thorough hand over with Tom who explained everything very clearly & even took us out for a quick test drive.

We were very pleasantly surprised how comfortable the van was (double bed especially) & easy to drive. There really was everything we could have needed on board and we had a fantastic time.

We did report a small issue with the exterior of the van whilst away but Ursula got right back to us, assured us there was no problem and it was all dealt with very quickly & professionally on our return.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you are thinking of hiring a van before you buy, or just for a holiday.
